"It's Complicated" - What Does That Mean?

Under relationship status I see "It's complicated". What does that mean? How complicated can it be? You are either married or you are not. You are single or you are not. You are in a relationship or you are not.

Does 'It's complicated' mean you are married and looking? Married and shouldn't be on the internet? Unsure whether the SO in your relationship is looking around?

What DOES it mean?

Johnfrey if this is what happened to you I am so very sorry, I remember one couple I knew that the gal was quite hefty (fat) somehow after a while she lost considerable weight got attractive and dumped the husband. They always say that men are the insensitive ones , It's my experience it's always been the women who have just dropped off the children and said "see ya" never to come back for them again.; ▶ Reply to This
