Years back I spent a lot of time traveling around Asia on business. While overseas I bought a book called Yoga Self Taught. I hoped to learn relaxation techniques from the book. I did learn how to meditate and to totally relax my body using techniques learned from this book.
One night I flew into Hong Kong arriving very late and didn't check into my hotel until close to midnight. Because of my late arrival my regular room wasn't available so I was put into a room for the evening and was going to transfer to a different room in the morning. I didn't even bother to unpack, I just through my clothes on the floor, washed and jumped in bed. Once in bed I was still wound up from my day's activities so I started to to some deep relaxation exercises. The next thing I knew I was floating in the air, looking down at myself sleeping in the bed and then the next thing I knew it was morning. Now I had been using this hotel since the week it had opened and I had been in every room configuration they had except for the one that I had just spent the night but when I woke up that morning I knew where everything was in the room. I wanted a room service menu and out of the many, many drawers there I went right to the one that had the menu, it was as if I had been in that room many time before although I hadn't. I never did have another experience like that again.
