Until you walk in another moccains, is the adage I apply to this. People share more than you would think with their nurses--I have learned from the very most "brain dead" of them all--everyone has stories to tell. Some people just
think that they are so invisible, so important that they never say hardly anything. But if you shine a light on them (ask questions) and are sincere in your interest--you will honestly see them in an entirely different light. ANd the stories I have heard have been amazing.
