Just an old hippie living in the real world. Escape is frequent and without warning. One daughter and three Grandchildren. Grandchildren, They really are Grand. 2girls and a boy for me.. Quite the novelty in my family for boys are few. Pets are a plenty around here...especially cats, but one Rat Terrier keeps them all in line. He even plays soccer with the Grandkids. Peace is an absolute requirement for our household, and everyone gets along most of the time. We squabble a little but everyone seems to see things my way! Farm living is the life for me. Guess I should call it Green Acres! LOL

I am a gentle giant. I am powerful, very large,Big, Huge, Humongus,Mighty, Strong, Gutsey and courageous.

Yeah, Yeah, I know , you think I am a little Dog. You are just visually challenged.....Not my problem

I am the scourage of the Underworld. Anything remotely similar to vermin is History.I have a reputation to uphold so I dig, stalk, chase, or tussel to carry out my mission.

I am cheery and have tons of personalty and character. I am very Hot stuff. I am no nonsense and Spoiled. I am quite unique. I am not stubborn or moody. Jealous or headstrong. That is just a rumor started by the Coon Dog. I am a SWEETHEART!

No impertinent behavior allowed in this house, only by me and the lady of the house.

Been Awhile

Yes I have been away for awhile........Issues with health. Wow! Anyway got a little time this morning. Hopefully this will continue. Sure has cooled down a lot! In the lower 50's this morning! Brrrrrr! Everyone is snuggled up this morning! Amigo and Rhea are in one of their warm napping spots and I am bundled up in a comforter! Brrrrr! Alot of Graduations and parties this year. Whew! Everyone grew up at once! Time flys when you're having fun! LOL!

New Addition!

Wow! Went to the Grocery yesterday and shopping for Mother's Day Flowers and ended up at the same farm that I got Amigo from. The flowers were lovely....but the puppies were just heavenly! Well......Long story cut short, A little girl puppy was pretty smitten with me so I brought her home! Amigo just loves her and so do we! My Hubby just adored her too! Hello

Got more Chicks hatching.......So my trek through the yard is at daylight today.........Everyone have a good day! Amigo and I are out the door! Something funny though.......Amigo discovered that he is not the fastest creature on Earth yesterday......Rabbits,,,,,,,Rabbits are very fast! He flushed a rabbit out of a thicket and the chase was on! Amigo jumped and took off after the rabbit, but he overpaced himself and rolled down the hill! He was shocked! LOL Too funny!

Spring Time in Ohio

Well.....It has been a slow couple of weeks here. Things are really looking up. It is supposed to be in the mid 70's here today with SUNSHINE! All Week! Wow !!!!!!this has been long awaited and greatly appreciated! Nothing like Sunshine! We have new chicks hatching right on schedule. Just got 12 new little ones this past weekend. Thanks Everyone for the comments.....We all miss Rita very much. The Rat Terrier and her were really close. They would nap together and play little swatting games. I am so lucky I got some pics. Even though I have so many cats, I still know one is missing. And so do they.
