About Me:: I am an American ex-pat living in the central highlands of Mexico. That's up in the mountains in about the center of the country. I teach English at the local university run 3 miles a day, and spend way too much time on the internet. I LOVE the internet. I am a Zen Buddhist, (a rarity in this country), and my interests range from the needle arts, to spirituality, to personal development, to quantum physics. And technology. And new discoveries in science. And reading. Oh, this list could go on and on. Not enough hours in the day, nor enough lifetime left for all my interests and projects.
