About Me:

Med Tech 20 yrs, then Maint. Mechanic past 20 yrs. Born and raised on the Yakima Indian Reservation. 65 yrs. old. Back side of three heart attacks and bypass. Feel great now. Wife Sally former Med Tech also. Silky Terrier, Kramer, former abused dog, rescued. Cutest 10lbs of dog on this planet. Kramer is bristly as am I. Amateur painter. Work for pharmaceutical research company. 6 children, they are--Kramer, 3 cats Tabitha, Emily, Jorge,(pronounced George), two horses, Miracle and Honey. Emily and Jorge were the last two kittens being given away at the feed store--they were left because Emily was a runt and Jorge had seven toes on all of his feet and small three toed, extra paws on the front that angle off like thumbs--they are as functional as the main ones. We,re lucky he's a big mellow guy, a cat with thumbs could be trouble. When I come home, he reaches up and tries to turn the door knob.

Richard- that comment about people vs. folks made me think of something on eons. someone whose name had the word girl in it (and started with PtJeff) got mad at me for calling her and her friend "girls". It was not said in a derogatory way either. I was just like saying "guys", but it was an excuse for them to get angry and start harassing me! I'm a girl myself! lol
