Hello/Goodbye

I have received some friend invites and some fun e-mails from Irony Plus members, none of which I have answered. I was not deliberately being rude.. ignoring mail is not something I do. Life is my excuse. I became so busy with Life that I had no time to come to this site and enjoy it as it was meant to be enjoyed. I am not complaining because I believe that a busy life is a good life, for me anyway. There became more responsibilites with the literacy program, a search for a new director loomed large. This translated into meetings,resumes, and interviews. I was voted in on the Fine Arts Board. We had another grandchild. I am happy with all of this but I came to realize that there was no time for playing around on the computer. I do e-mails to keep in touch with friends and family, I do Board e-mails. I even play a few games to relax. My hubby and I get together with friends at least once a week. We attend art receptions, we go to shows, we eat out. We enjoy watching rented movies. Time passes so quickly that I once called a month by the wrong name. A son in law found that very amusing. He said he could hardly wait to retire so that he too could not even know what month he was in. What this all adds up to is I must resign from this site. I do not want to disappoint someone who was kind enough to drop me a note. I wish all of you well and I am sorry I did not get to become acquainted with you. Thank you for reaching out a hand of friendship.
